This privacy policy applies to the Baby Memories AI app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Asgami Digital SAS (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Freemium service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include information such as:

• Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address)
• The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages
• The total time spent on the Application
• The operating system you use on your mobile device

The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.

The Application allows users to upload photos of their babies in order to generate AI-enhanced images, milestone scenes, or related content. The Service Provider does not store baby photos permanently. Uploaded images are stored only for the minimum time necessary to process them and deliver the result back to the Application.

Once the generated image is delivered, all baby photos and temporary files are automatically deleted from the Service Provider’s servers within a short retention window required solely for processing and system reliability. The Service Provider does not use baby photos for training, improving models, analytics, or any purpose other than generating the requested output for the user.

The Service Provider does not share baby images or any user-uploaded photos with third parties. No uploaded photos are sold, disclosed, or transmitted to external services, except to the AI processing infrastructure strictly required to generate the requested result. These processors operate under confidentiality obligations and cannot use the images for independent purposes.

The Service Provider may use the information you provide to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices, and marketing promotions.

For a better experience while using the Application, the Service Provider may require you to provide certain personally identifiable information (such as an email address or other contact information if you choose to contact support). Any information that the Service Provider requests will be retained and used as described in this privacy policy.

Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and their service. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.

The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

• as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;
• when they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
• with their trusted service providers who work on their behalf, do not have an independent use of the information disclosed to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.

The Application uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to generate milestone images and baby portraits based on the photos that users upload. AI processing occurs exclusively to produce the requested output, such as an AI-enhanced image or a themed milestone scene.

Baby photos and other uploaded images are never used for AI model training, dataset creation, marketing, or any form of reuse beyond the user’s explicit request. All AI-related processing of user images complies with this Privacy Policy, and uploaded photos are deleted after processing in accordance with the retention principles described above.

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. This does not include baby photos or other uploaded images, which are stored only temporarily as described in the "Image Processing and Baby Photos" section and then deleted.

If you would like the Service Provider to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact them at [email protected] and they will respond within a reasonable time.

The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.

The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information that they process and maintain. While no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, the Service Provider strives to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
