The Service Provider uses the Nano-Banana AI model to perform image generation. Photos are transmitted securely to Nano-Banana’s processing servers only for this purpose and are not stored permanently by the Service Provider. The Service Provider does not retain, reuse, or analyze these images beyond the time required to generate your result.
Uploaded photos are treated as ephemeral data — they are automatically deleted from the Service Provider’s systems after processing, typically within a short period of time. These images are not shared, sold, or used for AI training or any other secondary purpose.
The gender information you provide is used solely to customize the image generation output. It is never linked to your personal identity or stored with any other personal data.
Only aggregated and anonymized analytical data may be transmitted to external services to help improve the Application. The Service Provider may share limited information with trusted partners strictly as required to provide the core functionality (e.g., AI image generation through Nano-Banana). These partners are contractually bound not to retain, disclose, or use data for any other purpose.

You can stop all collection of information by uninstalling the Application using the standard process on your device or app marketplace.
